Refund Policy

LinguaLume is operated by Winden Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as LinguaLume. This policy covers LinguaLume Premium subscriptions.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment.

The 14 days run from the date the payment is taken. The window applies to every charge on your subscription: the first charge after a free trial converts, and each later renewal. Requests made more than 14 days after a payment are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This normally takes up to 14 days from approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Try before you pay

You do not need a refund to find out whether LinguaLume works for you. Every account starts with a free reading window that needs no card at all, and subscribing begins with a 5-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

How to request a refund

Web subscriptions

Web subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which is the merchant of record. Paddle charges your payment method, issues your invoice and receipt, and processes refunds under its buyer terms.

Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or email us at support@lingualume.com and we will take it from there with Paddle on your behalf.

Android subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed by Google and refunded under Google Play's own policy, from Google Play then Payments & subscriptions. We cannot process Play billing refunds directly, but we are glad to help you find the right form.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request; if you also want the last payment back, ask us within the 14-day window above. See Subscription help for the exact steps on each platform.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or withdrawal right you have by law where you live. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts, and consumers in some other countries have their own rights. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

Fairness

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud or repeated refund abuse, such as refunding and repurchasing the same subscription to keep using it for free.
