Free trial

Eligible new subscribers receive a 5-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

On Android, you can opt in to local notifications reminding you 2 days and 1 day before the trial ends (requires notification permission).

• Parlor translation and import helpers
• Manuscript explain, translate, quizzes, and related tools
• Audio lesson export and server-backed audio features (Android app)

Cancel or change plan — web

1. Open Settings → Subscription & billing in the app at app.lingualume.com.
2. Use Manage subscription to open the Paddle customer portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.
3. Cancel or change your plan before the trial ends to avoid charge.

Cancel or change plan — Android

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select LinguaLume (package com.languagestory.app) and choose cancel or change.

Restore purchases

• Web: sign in with the same email you used at checkout; Premium status syncs from your account.
• Android: open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed into the same Google account.

Refunds

• Web: handled by Paddle, the merchant of record for web subscriptions, per its buyer terms. Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and refund requests are decided by Paddle.
• Android: handled by Google per Play Store policies. We cannot process platform billing refunds directly.
